Group DMP
“Let your body lead” - Women’s Group
A 4-week introduction to Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) for women.
This is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and explore how movement can support emotional expression, self-regulation, and connection - both with yourself and others.
Expect a blend of gentle choreography, creative exploration, and grounding practices rooted in body-based psychotherapy.
No dance experience needed. Just curiosity, breath, and the willingness to listen from within.
