Hi! I’m Lisa.

My journey began straight out of school as a freelance choreographer and dance coach, working mainly with young people in schools and community settings. Before long, I noticed something missing in the dance world. Many children needed a place to build confidence, make friends, and enjoy moving their bodies without the pressure of competitions or performance.

So I created it.

What started as a small dance business grew over the next decade from two campuses to four, supporting hundreds of children and young people. While dance was the vehicle, confidence was always the destination. I was passionate about creating environments where people could feel accepted, express themselves freely, and discover who they were beyond achievement or perfection.

As the years went on, I realised that my work was becoming less about teaching dance steps and more about supporting emotional wellbeing through movement. This led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Dance Movement Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths, University of London, graduating with distinction in 2024.

Today, my work brings together over 25 years of experience in movement, creativity, and therapeutic practice. While I still dip my toe into the dance world through my unique women’s movement sessions - combining joy, dance, and nervous system support - I now work across a range of settings helping people reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body.

My approach is grounded in a simple belief: when we learn to trust our bodies, we begin to trust ourselves. Through movement, reflection, and therapeutic support, I help people build self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of aliveness in everyday life.
