Young Performer Support

From rehearsal rooms to film sets.

I support young performers to feel safe, grounded, and emotionally supported during intense scenes, demanding schedules, and high-pressure creative environments.

Creative Wellbeing, Backed by Experience

The Artist Wellbeing Service is led by Lisa Kernoghan, a creative wellbeing practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in Northern Ireland’s arts sector. Specialising in supporting young performers and artists across theatre, TV, and film, ensuring that every creative journey is safe, sustainable, and empowering.

This approach is tailored to the unique demands of high-performance environments, helping young performers navigate stress, build resilience, and maintain focus, so creativity can flourish without compromising wellbeing.

My role sits at the intersection of safeguarding, psychology, and performance, helping productions protect wellbeing while supporting authentic performance.
