Somatic Sessions

These 1:1 therapeutic somatic sessions are an invitation to reconnect with your body - gently, curiously, and at your own pace.

Together, we explore your nervous system: how it responds, protects, and adapts, and how it can begin to expand its capacity to hold more of life with steadiness and ease.

Rather than pushing for change, we work with what’s already here. Through guided awareness, subtle body-based practices, and attuned support, you’ll start to notice your patterns of activation and settling - and learn how to move between them with greater flexibility.

As your capacity grows, so does your ability to stay grounded in moments that once felt overwhelming. From here, confidence begins to emerge naturally - not forced, but embodied. A quiet, steady sense of “I can be with this.”

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about expanding what’s possible within you.

Each session offers a space designed entirely for you, where movement, breath, and awareness come together to support release, regulation, and reconnection. Whether you need a gentle reset, a playful exploration, or a deeper mind-body process, the work meets you where you are.

Through guided movement, breathwork, dance, and somatic practices, you will:

  • Release built-up tension and stress

  • Tune into your body’s natural rhythms

  • Build grounding, resilience, and confidence

  • Leave with simple, practical tools to support you beyond the session

I draw on my training in Laban Movement Analysis and the Kestenberg Movement Profile to observe the unique qualities of how you move — your rhythms, patterns, and energy. This allows me to guide you in ways that support relaxation, self-expression, and a deeper connection with your body.
