I’m Lisa. My background weaves together the performing arts, mental health, and education, with over 25 years of experience in these worlds. As a registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist (MA, ADMP UK), I offer a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, blending words and movement, science and story, stillness and expression.
Perhaps you are carrying stress, navigating change, or longing to feel at home in yourself again. Here, there is space for all of it. Together, we follow the threads of your body’s wisdom, discovering new ways to move, to release, to reconnect.
